This post won't be about work. Cant be really coz I havent been working for last 40 days and feels great to take time off from the life here in Prague. The trip to Asia was great. It was my first time in Myanmar and I loved it there. I had only 12 days for the country which is not enough at all so I haven't seen all I would love to, but it's still better than nothing. After Myanmar there were 3 more weeks in Thailand and even though it was my 4 th time there I loved it. Now I'm back home in Prague and there is so much to work on. We have got order from the film production Stillking Film - not that we are working on some custom work, coz what they want is our postcards "From Prague with Love". They have them as the gifts for the crews they work with and we are glad for this opportunity to make these postcards for them.

Its easy to make people to show you their tattoos if you have tattoos as well.

The violinist was no doubt a good musician. I would just prefer he would play something different than Lady Gaga.

The best coffee and Staff in Bangkok. Moka Coffee.

15 of 200 postcards for Stillking Films...

The Treasure found: 4 years ago 200 photos of tattoo work from Tribo Tattoo Shop and Gallery in Prague were given to me . As many other things that end up in our messy studio they got lost. I couldnt find them later when I was looking for them and wondered what happened to them. Yesterday when cleaning the room where I do all the spraying I found them and didn 't recognize them. That room is humid, it gets cold, gets little warmer in the summer time – as warm as cellar can ever get so its never really warm. The reason that I didnt recognize the pics is that they changed alot. The colors, the smell, photos stuck together as a monkey baby gets stuck to its mother. It took us 2 hours to put them apart. They were sticky and smelled of acid, but they turn out beautiful. I love old pictures and they are old – looking much older as the unfriendly conditions worked on them for years. The spring sun was kind to us and made them dry again, made them ready for the notebooks. I had to throw some of them away though. Partly for my personal distaste of some of the tattoo designs and some of the picture looked more like mug shots from some brutal crime scene and Im not ready yet to make a new design for the cover with a gun or a knife.

In the time I was on my vacation Vitakr finished notebooks for our friend and great musician Austin Lucas. You can see more photos in CUSTOMS.

Busy month. Mainly because I'm leaving for one and half month. Asia again. First to Myanmar and than Thailand. Oh I cant wait to be out of this cold. It always serves me good to get new power for our work and Im already excited to be working on some new designs for our notebooks. Also new products coming out soon after Im back.

Packed for a one month holiday

The stock for the Museum Of Alphonse Mucha and Museum of Franz Kafka

We' ve got this picture from Lusi Lu. We love it so much!!!

Saludos de Perú!! — v Colca Canyon - Peru

I highly recommend the exhibition of Helmut Newton in Helmut Newton Institut in Berlin

Nice set of the pockets

We even made it into a german country lifestyle magazine.  Should we be proud?

Frida thinking about the future of this stack of magazine pages

First she decided that we can use the bricks to press them.

Than she changed her mind and went for the heavy machinery

She was not sure how that would end up so she took cover in the box

Good news from Beirut: "The notebooks sold reaaally well! We only have one left and a few more calendars."

Stickers are boring. This stencil travels with me to Myanmar and Thailand so I can leave my print there.

What can u say when somebody offer you bunch of old books? U say yes we want them! But than u start to regret it a bit. This is not a bunch - this is a whole mountain of old books

Doesnt look so scary when organized under the table

Plenty of notebooks to be finished

Beautiful face in Berlin

My sweet Grandmother

I dont know this lady

Our friends won this in the auction
